1. Who we are

2. Products
We sell collectible figures and statuettes intended for adults. They are not toys and are not intended for children.
Each piece is made to order. Colour and finish may vary slightly from the photos. The material of each product is stated in its description.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. We send the order confirmation by email.
4. Payment
We accept card (processed by Stripe) and Multibanco. A Multibanco reference has an expiry date; if it is not paid in time, the order is cancelled.
5. Production and delivery times
Minis: 3 to 5 working days. Large figures: 7 to 14 working days. Painted pieces in stock: 1 to 2 working days. Transport time is added to these.
We ship to European Union countries through carriers contracted for delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
7. Guarantee
Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at [EMAIL].
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
