Returns and withdrawal

1. Time limit

You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. If the order arrives in several deliveries, the period runs from receipt of the last one. This includes kits in which you chose the minis.

2. How to withdraw

Send an email to [EMAIL] with the form below or a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase. Include the order number.

3. Returning the item

Return the item within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging. You bear the cost of return shipping.

You are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Refund

We refund the amount paid, including the initial shipping at the cheapest rate, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it.

5. Defective items

If the item arrives defective or damaged, the legal guarantee applies and we bear the shipping costs. Contact us at [EMAIL] with photos.
