2. Data we collect
Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (optional) and order details. Card details are handled only by Stripe; they never reach our servers.
3. How we use the data
To process and ship the order and send emails about it (performance of the contract).
To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
For shop security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
We do not send advertising or sell your data.
4. Who receives the data
Stripe (payments); Hostinger (hosting, with servers in the United Kingdom, a country with a European Commission adequacy decision); the carriers that deliver the order; our email provider.
5. How long we keep it
Billing data is kept for 10 years, as tax law requires. Customer account data is kept until you ask for it to be deleted.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data or object to processing, by email to [EMAIL].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
7. Cookies
We only use cookies essential to running the shop: session, cart, language and Stripe's for payment fraud prevention. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
